The War Training Expansion (戦力拡充計画) event involves traveling through a series of maps to train your swords, while also having the chance to obtain rare swords, including Fudou Yukimitsu, Monoyoshi Sadamune, and Nihongou. To enter, select the event banner from the Front Lines page.

How to Play[]
The event map is made up of 4 stages ranging from "Basic Training" to "Nihongou Search". Clearing one stage will unlock the next.
About Rewards[]
For each stage, we have prepared a "First Clear Bonus" for clearing the stage for the first time and "First Resource Node Rewards" for reaching resource nodes for the first time.
The rewards can be resources, koban, items, etc.
Normally, if your average team level exceeds the limit for the map, you will not receive any rewards. However, an exception has been made for the "First Clear Bonuses" during the event.
Event Missions[]
- Winning 400 battles against the enemy will reward you Travel Kit.
- Winning 500 battles against the enemy will reward you Travel Garb.
- Clearing all event missions will reward you Letter Set.
Stages[]
Stage 1: Basic Training
- Level Limit: None
- You can receive more experience points than normal.
- It's a stage suitable to train low level swords.
Stage 2: Urban Battle Training
- Level Limit: None
- This stage is a night battle and urban battle stage.
- Tantou and Wakizashi have significant stats advantage. Stat bonuses from Horses will not take effect. (See "Battlefield Conditions" table in the Stages section for more details.)
- Fudou Yukimitsu has his drop rate increased on the boss node.
Stage 3: Scout Training
- Level limit: None
- If your party has a Tachi, Ootachi, Yari, or Naginata, you will not be able to pass through the bamboo on the map (i.e. route is set).
- However this increases chances of reaching the boss node.
- This stage is a virtual Kebiishi stage.
- Higekiri and Hizamaru have a chance of dropping after defeating the virtual Kebiishi.
- Unlike regular Kebiishi, virtual Kebiishi have a fixed level no matter what your team's average level is.
- The drop rates remains the same as in normal Kebiishi fights.
- Monoyoshi Sadamune has his drop rate increased on the boss node.
Stage 4: Nihongou Searching
- Level limit: None
- This stage is an urban battle stage.
- Stat bonuses from Horses will not take effect. (See "Battlefield Conditions" table in the Stages section for more details.)
- Nihongou is a rare drop at the boss node.
Tips[]
- Passing through the bamboos in Stage 3 is not necessary to get to boss node, so it is advised you bring a Tachi, Ootachi, Naginata, or Yari to increase your chances of reaching the boss node.
- However, to reach the resource nodes on the map, it is necessary to pass through the bamboo.
