Introduction

巡り巡って盆の中。廻り廻って渦の中。
暗闇のその奥を調査し、使えるものは回収せよ。

To circle back, over and over, to the world of the dead. To swirl and swirl again in the whirlpool.
Explore into the depths of darkness, and take whatever can still be used with you.

Note: 盆 'bon' by itself usually means 'tray', but it is also the shorthand for the Obon Festival, the Festival of the Dead. Given that the Touken Danshi return with Lanterns, it is likely that it is the latter that is alluded to.
